Dear Sir,
I am Assistant Professor BPS-18 at College KPK. My promotion to Associte Professor BPS 19 has been deffered due to two and half years abduction period i.e w.ef 2016 to 2019 by the ISI.
The KP govt is now asking to produce prcedant of such like case of the missing period tegularixation,where promotion has been granted.
