I am Ch. Muhammad Imtiaz, Ex-Deputy Director (Audit), Local Fund Audit, Government of the Punjab, Finance Department, living in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. I did graduation from FC College, Lahore.  By profession, I am an Auditor having a vast experience in Audit & Accounts as well as Administrative matters. I have worked in Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies like Public sector Universities (Lahore College For Women University, Lahore & University of Education, Lahore), Punjab Board of Technical Education,Lahore, Punjab Medical Faculty, Lahore, Metropolitan Corporation, Lahore, Municipal Corporation, Multan,  Lahore Development Authority (LDA), Lahore, Punjab Privatization Board, Lahore and Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra) etc. Presently, I am working in the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore as Audit Officer.

WHY I FELT TO LAUNCH A WEBSITE        

Many questions are put to me regarding pay fixation, pension and other employees related matters. Score of employees belonging to different departments / organizations as well as living in the territorial surroundings of my residence come to me and ask almost similar questions.  In order to surmount these difficulties of the employees, I felt it necessary to provide a platform to the employees not only in the Punjab but throughout in the Pakistan while launching a website for the facility of the employees for  online consultancy on the matters like recruitment, pay, pension, promotion and other employees related matters. This would definitely be helpful for the employees of every cadre and help them considerably to resolve their problems in the light of relevant Government rules.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS

Score of employees belonging to different departments / organizations as well as living in the territorial surroundings of my residence come to me and ask almost similar questions about pension / commutation / encashment in lieu of Leave Preparatory To Retirement (LPR) along with additional benefits admissible to an employee on retirement under the rules.  In order to surmount these difficulties of the employees, I felt the need to prepare a comprehensive guide book containing the   gist of pension rules incorporating the amendments issued by the Government of the Punjab from time to time,   as well as additional benefits admissible to an employee on retirement or the widow / family of a deceased employee / pensioner in case of death during service or after retirement, whatever the case may be. Keeping in view that majority of the employees are not aware about the calculation of pension / commutation / encashment in lieu of LPR. I, therefore, for the convenience of such employees, decided to include the formulas for these calculations at the end of this guidebook. This booklet / guidebook would definitely be helpful for the employees of every cadre and help them considerably to understand the rules and methods used to calculate pension etc.
