POLICY OF CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE (PUNJAB GOVERNMENT) — Conveyance Allowance is allowed to the employees to compensate their expenses for the distance of travelling between the residence of government servant and his / her place of duty (i.e; local travelling expenses). Conveyance Allowance will be admissible only for the period during which the civil servant held the post to which the conveyance allowance is attached and will not be admissible during leave or joining time.
