THE PUNJAB GOVERNMENT RULES OF BUSINESS, 2011 — Business means the work done by the Government. Department means a self-contained administrative unit in the Secretariat responsible for the conduct of business of the Government in a distinct and specified sphere, and declared or constituted as such under the rules.
