OPTION FOR RE-FIXATION OF PAY (PUNJAB GOVERNMENT) — If a civil servant before reaching the maximum of a Revised National Pay Scale is promoted to a higher pay scale between the 2nd June and the 30th November of a calendar year and his initial pay in the latter scale is fixed with reference to his pay in the former scale, he may, at his option get his pay re-fixed in the higher scale with effect from the 1st day of December of the year of his promotion with reference to his presumptive pay on that date in his Pre- Promotion Scale.

Needs your help & solution so i may learn and gain from your Excellency.
Kindly do update me that method or way , how to prepare the pay difference billl ( Due & Drawn) regarding the promotion / upgradation of post.
Example i was promoted ion 8th August 2018 & due to annual increment used option and availed the annual increment and on promotion got an increment w.e.f 2-12-2018,
Now i have to prepare the pay difference bill w.e.f from 2-12-2018 to 1 august 2019.

sir i has been working as lecturer in chemistry since 20-10-1997. I was selected as associate professor of chemistry on 01-11-2011. The anual increment was not given . Now i have come to know about the option . can i get that increment now
