I HAVE REQUIRED COPY OF RULE THROUGH WHICH IT MAY CLEAR THAT WHERE MAJOR PUNISHMENT LIKE RECOVERY AND DISMISSAL IMPOSED UPON CIVIL SERVANTS HOW DECIDE THE INTERVENING PERIOD AS LEAVE OR WITHOUT LEAVE

I was transfered from Distt. RYK to Lodhran as Junior Clerk and the same another Junior Clerk was transferred. While preparing seniority list of Junior clerks for promotion as senior clerks my seniority has been lose but other has applied for not losing his seniority. Please guide us and send rules if any
