i m assistant in Directorate of Soil Conservation. my promotion due w.e.from 01.04.2020 but the promotion was stopped due to one Case pending in PST Lahore. the case neither mine nor against me but in every legal notice the appellant (Stenographer belong Sr. no 02) mentioned that no promotion case was submitted in favour of assistant to the higher authority. Have this legal position whereas the appeal of stenographer rejected by the chief secretary and now the stenographer again appeal against the order of Cheif Secretary. i have lot financial loss as well as loose the seniority position. let me know solution in the subject situation
