THE KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA CIVIL SERVANTS ACT, 1973 — This section and section 25, shall apply to persons employed on contract, or on work charged basis or who are paid from contingencies, and the remaining provisions of this Act including this section, shall apply to all civil servants wherever they may be.
