Download THE PUNJAB UNION COUNCILS (BUDGET) RULES , 2017 — They shall come into force at once. Budget means a statement of estimated receipts and expenditure of the Union Councils for a Financial Year. Annual Budget Statement means the statement of the estimated receipts in the local fund of the Union Council and the estimated expenditure for a financial year, required to be submitted to the House before the commencement of that year. The Chairman, before the commencement of the next financial year, shall present the Budget for consideration and approval of the House.
